jilid reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any time deemed appropriate for compliance purposes. KYC documentation may include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, UMID, passport, driver's licence), a selfie for face-matching, and/or proof of payment method ownership.

While jilid makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous, error-free operation, jilid does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or free of technical errors at all times.
